| CLAD's International Congress, takes place annually and has consolidated itself as the most important meeting place in Ibero-America to present and debate experiences and researches carried out in the field of State and Public Administration Reform.
Ministers and State secretaries responsible for public policies, as well as parliamentarians, researchers, academicians, students, consultants, public servants and trade unionist meet at the Congress.
Its objectives are to foster the exchange of experiences, researches, studies and publications on the main dimensions of the renewed process of State and public administration reform, and management of public affairs in Ibero-America and the Caribbean, as well as in other countries with relevant experiences that may help the hemisphere to delve into these issues.

Starting from the VI Congress, the papers are included in CD-ROMs.
The paper abstracts presented in the IV and the V Congress were published in the respective Annals.
