XI International Congress of CLAD

The XI International Congress of CLAD on State and Public Administration Reform was held in Guatemala City, from November 7th to 10st , 2006, gathering close to 1000 participants from Latin America and Europe. 100 panels were constituted presenting 470 documents. In addition, three plenary conferences were made.
