The V Inter-American Congress on State and Public Administration Reform, was held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, October 24-27, 2000. Around 1000 persons from the region and Europe related to State reform activities attended the meeting. 76 panels were presented together with over 351 documents. Also, fourth plenary conferences were delivered.
