The VII International Congress of CLAD on State and Public Administration Reform was held in Lisbon, Portugal, from October 8th to 11th , 2002, congregating to near 900 participants from Latin America and Europe. 85 panels were constituted presenting 350 documents. In addition, three plenary conferences were made.
